I called GB&C as a desperate attempt to restore our baler that had been down for over 24 hours. After calling 20+ other numbers I landed on their site and called their number. It was a holiday weekend, late in the afternoon and of course no one answered, BUT I was prompted to call Mike on for emergencies. I called the number and was immediately greeted by Mike with a great "how can I help" attitude. I told him our situation and before even setting anything up he gave me a few suggestions on how to fix our situation. He said he would be happy to help but first wanted to give us a chance to solve and save some time and money. After a little work our baler was back in operation with a cheering crowd watching it cycle. We generate truck loads of bales on a daily basis so this is huge for us. GB&C will now be our go to company and the first call we make. Mike continued to text me throughout the day to help me make some changes and ensure our system was setup for optimum performance and safety. He never hesitated to answer, never got exhausted with me and best of all... never asked for anything in return. I can't thank nor recommend them enough.
