We had an outstanding experience with the installation of our Generac generator. From start to finish, the entire team was prompt, courteous, efficient, and highly knowledgeable. The installation crew worked quickly and professionally, and they left the area spotless when the job was complete.
Jason, the owner, was especially impressive. He was extremely competent, organized, and genuinely pleasant to work with. He and his team handled everything seamlessly while I was at work, and my wife was home during the installation. She was very impressed with how fast the crew worked, how respectful and kind they were, and how accommodating they were...We had an outstanding experience with the installation of our Generac generator. Generator Supercenter of Maine - from the initial sales consult through the installation everyone I spoke with was amazing. So informative and helpful. The installation crew especially, did an incredible job - I had specific needs for the wiring placement as I am going to be finishing my basement. They listened and ran the wiring in such a way that ceiling installation would not be impacted. Great crew and highly recommend!

I own both a primary residence and a cottage and intended to repower both with new Generac generators. I contacted Generator Super Center in Maine and spoke with Jason, the owner. The experience was unacceptable.
I was repeatedly cut off, spoken down to, and subjected to a patronizing, condescending tone throughout the call. Rather than listening to my needs, Jason chose to “explain” or “Mansplain”what I supposedly needed, dismissing my questions entirely. The interaction was arrogant, disrespectful, and frankly infuriating.
Based on this experience, I would not do business with this company under any circumstances.
