Over the top customer care and service! We had an outdoor July 4th event and our previous power vendor pulled out at the last minute. I was panicked and did not know where to turn for our power needs. I called Gen-Tech and spoke with Paul Rubio. Paul took the time to understand our specific power needs and talked me through a couple of scenarios. His honesty and sincerity were evident as he helped line up the EXACT item we needed instead of trying to just give us a generator that would exceed our needs just to help them drive up the cost. When I arrived to pick it up, Paul and his staff met me to help me get the generator hooked up and were there to greet me when I dropped it off. Every person from Paul, to the on-site tech people, to the accounting department at Gen-tech gave first rate service with a very accomodating almost family like atmosphere. I can not thank them enough for everything, and Gen-tech will be our first call moving forward with any of our event power needs! Thank you.
