Brought my Onan RV Generator for a repair, they were very knowledgeable and fixed it, but in my opinion the cost was excessive. The part was sold to me was 1.67% above list price, or a $90 markup of a $134 item. I was then charged $60 for shipping the 1/4 lb part from Kansas, and $28 for shop supplies. My labor charge was over twice what I was quoted from Cummins/Onan for the same repair for my motorhome. So, in summary, I would have been much better off driving 10 more miles and have the local Cummins dealer fix it. Probably would have saved $500 or more
