Preston was absolutely fantastic today. We took in my daughter's laptop that had some water damage. Preston smtook time to check everything on the red laptop, got it running and made sure we were good to go, and didn't even charge us. Best service I've seen in a long time by any company.
Noah Starr and Lynne South with Geek Squad at the Jordan Landing location were the biggest help with us today and with recovering our files on our Hp All in One Computer! They showed us how to do back ups, one drive, and showed us what to do in the future! They were spectacular and very professional! We enjoyed working with them and appreciate all their help!! Super easy to book my appointment and I received some amazing customer service by Annon M. I had issues with my iPhone charging. He cleaned it and gave me some tips to clean the debris in the future.
