I picked this place because of the excellent reviews but my experience has been anything but that. First off they outsource their customer service which always complicates things. Regarding the service itself I cant give a review because even though I received a text asking me to take survey about my service today I couldn't because the service tech never showed up during the scheduled window today. I called their customer service and was told a MANAGER would be calling me back and here I am another hour later with no call. I will not recommend this place and its likely I won't use this service. Customer support and retention should be the utmost priority. I should have received a call from a manger immediately and should have been dispatched another tech as an emergency at whatever rate and they should cover it thats customer service and how it should be done.
