I don't write reviews often, but this is a superb shop. These types of businesses are rare these days and it's refreshing to see these guys doing it right. I initially saw a PowerEdge r730xd on KSL that I wanted to buy for my home lab, and Chase answered all my questions over chat quickly and professionally. I already had some higher-speed RAM on-hand that I wanted to use with the server, and George was more than willing to swap out the server's existing RAM to match what I had for a reasonable fee. Wow, excellent customer service. I was very impressed with their knowledge and understanding of computers and components. They have very fair pricing and were able to meet all of our needs. Again, the customer service deserves an A+. They value their customers and the service they offer and it shows. I am glad to give them 5 stars, they earned them.

I bought a refurbished high-end gaming pc, a month later one of the fans started malfunctioning. George made sure to make it right and kept in touch to keep me notified about the shipment of fans he was waiting on and didn't charge me a dime. Highly recommend for all of your computer needs.

I've bought several refurbished computers here for my family and have always been pleased. They only sell business class computers so they are good quality. The computers we bought here have been very reliable, never had a problem with anything. They have a wide variety of models from basic to high-end. And the prices are very reasonable.

If you are looking for a computer at a good price do NOT shop here, go to pawn shop or KSL!!!!!!!! They are AS IS store that can not offer service to fix or HELP if something goes wrong. The OWNer should NEVER interact with his customers. He is angry at the world, hates his job, and desperately wants your money. He will if given the opportunity take as much money from you as he can. This place is not good for our community and will be out of business soon.
