I needed snow removal from my front door, down the stairs, down the walkway to the street. The snow from the blizzard had turned to ice. I called Gardenin' Angels, they responded quickly to my call, provided a reasonable quote, and did the job efficiently and to my satisfaction. I'm 100% satisfied. Thank you!!!!
We agreed on a price for crushed stone and left our credit card on file to handle the transaction. However, we never received a receipt, nor were we ever notified about the actual tonnage of material that was delivered. When my partner and our accountant reached out to simply request the missing invoice—standard operating procedure for any project—the owner called us back just to threaten us and explicitly told us never to buy from them again. Don't worry, we won't. Extremely unprofessional business practices and zero transparency.
