I'm in the trades and have known Kevin for over fifteen years. There is no one I know that has the vast knowledge to be able to diagnose problems with doors the way that he can with a simple phone conversation. He is the only door guy I have referred friends and family to. He has always taken care of any problem I've had in an incredibly timely manor. Kevin and his team's customer service and providing quality products at a good price make his company a step above everyone else!

We had Garage Door Guys come out and replace a couple of springs that had broke. They were able to come out the same day. The text communication was great - time window of scheduled appointment, when they were in en-route and a picture of the tech. Very kind and professional.

I bought a 8x10 foot garage door and drive motor from them. They are easy to contact and provided great customer support. I had them reinstall the guide rails when my "ex" contractor decided to detach the rails to install the T&G cedar ceiling. Kevin fixed the issue and gave me my lifetime warranty back

Kevin is a wonderful technician and comes to work ready to go. We submitted photos of our damaged lift and it assisted with his analysis of our problem. He was able to get to us sooner than expected! The work was done well. They office lead, Sarah, was really helpful and thoughtful setting up our appointment. This is a great organization. Hire them if you need garage door help. They are top-notch.
