Super happy with the garage service! They were honest and professional from start to finish. The pricing was very fair, and everything was explained clearly with no pressure at all. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. I really appreciated how reliable and responsive they were—any questions I had were answered right away. This was one of the easiest and most pleasant service experiences I’ve ever had. My garage door opener stopped working. Shawn/Sean(sp?) came out the next day after I called and inspected it. Instead of trying to upsell me for a new motor, he fixed the issue (chain was too tight) and also identified a potential issue with the rollers and replaced those for what seemed like a reasonable price. I suspect other companies may have taken advantage to sell me a new motor but he was honest and performed the works quickly and even offered to help me out my ladder away after. Nice and respectful dude. Would hire again! He also called beforehand to give an estimate on arrival time. Well-deserved five stars!

My garage door was broken. The lever that pulls the door up and down broke. Called Garage door expert came through and fixed the issue in no time. Excellent customer service, really knows what he’s doing. It was a quick get in get out service didn’t waste anytime. Not only that but my door was making all types of noises going up and down, don’t know what he did but it super quiet now and I love it. I’d 100 percent recommend him to all my family and friend. Thanks for fixing my door.
