Excellent and quick response. Demonstrated honest evaluation and performed quality work. Did not try to sell me something I didn’t need. I told him I needed new torsion springs, as mine broke, and he did not try to charge me for evaluating the issue.
From the first question I asked him, to the finished completely new garage door install, Jonathan and his team were the Best. I’m the type of person who researches everything, looks at reviews and asks lots of questions. Jonathan was more than happy to give me details and answer every question I had. Last night one of the springs on my garage door broke and I was unable to get the garage open. The company that I had used before was really good and the owner of that company and I became good friends so when I called this morning and asked them to come I did not get a call back after an hour. I called this company here and even though I did not use them because my original company did end up calling me I'm writing this review because of how professional they were how quick they were to respond and they were going to try to get everything taken care of for me today. I was very impressed with them and their reception, she was awesome very friendly. I sent her the pictures and she forwarded them to the technician and everything was in play but like I said I end up using my old company because I do know the owner. Once again, if I ever had to recommend or use a company, this would definitely be the one they are very friendly very fast and just right off the bat. I was very impressed. I give you guys 10 🌟
I had no idea how much the appearance and technology of these new garage doors would upgrade my home. I feel so much more secure now. The family owned Garage Door Enterprises will treat you like family. Lisa, Jonathan and Kirk are the best . They install your doors with precision, professionalism, courtesy, and kindness. I couldn’t be happier:)
My wife and I are very happy with the professional installation of our new garage door completed by technicians Luke and Ben! First, both were very friendly, personal, and efficient to say the least! We were constantly updated throughout the entire install - this put us both at ease which was very reassuring. Two days letter, our garage door has been installed and looks and works great! Thank you Luke and Ben for making us proud homeowners - our neighbors can't stop giving us complements! Army Strong - HOOAH!
