I love the business as a whole. Everything you think you want or need they have it all in store. I’ve taken my PS5 to them twice and haven’t had an issue with the work that was done to it. Customer service is always great. I recommend you to go see them if you have any game issues
I had a controller that my mom got me for graduation not long before she passed and I was so happy I could have the stick drift repaired rather than going out to get a new one! Staff was amazing and polite and got my controller fixed really fast! Gave me incredible whiplash when I saw PS2 games in the retro section, but it really is fun to look around inside (am I old??? Are we old???)
This is the place to get games and accessories they do repairs and can save you money with simple controller repairs instead of buying brand new!!! Malek is awesome and has great game knowledge!! 10/10 rating this is my spot!!!! Whether it’s old school or new school gaming these guys got your needs covered
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable upon arriving at the store. He was thorough in telling my the possible issues and solutions as well as the pricing. I was called in 24 hours stating my Ps5 was repaired. Excellent service
