Monica Manka, went beyond the call of duty, and helped guide us through our new roof replacement .She's absolutely professional, and polite; never made us feel uncomfortable no matter how many times we reached out to her. Galvan Roofing and Construction has an impressive hard working construction and roofing crew. They showed up on time and worked nonstop until the new roof was completely installed. The old roof was over 40 years, it was a complete tear down, and removal. There were also several rotten boards needing to be replaced. Beautiful results!! Monica arrived at our home minutes before the working crew was scheduled at 7:00 a.m. Monica was so reassuring, and made us feel at ease. We are beyond pleased with our new roof, Galvan Roofing and Construction's working crew is the best, hands down. Thank you Monica, you are awesome to work with. Approximately 14-16 months ago, we had decided to replace our roof that consisted of cement tile. We did our due diligence and had several roofing contractors submit estimates. We chose Galvan Roofing. the cement tiles were removed and a new roof was installed. We used storm grade materials. The workers were efficient. The cost was reasonable. Then on November 1, 2026, we had a destructive hail storm. Within 24 hours, Eloy from Galvan Roofing had contacted us and the process of assessing the damage and temporarily repairing the roof. All within 24 hours. TWIA totaled the roof. Within days, Galvan roofing had removed all the roofing material and replaced it with the same composite material. However, TWIA did not initially cover the entire cost of the replacement (minus the deductible). Eloy and his staff wrote a letter with itemized entries and photos. TWIA sent us the remainder of the money without any problem. Thank you Galvan, now we have had two excellent roofing jobs by Galvan Roofing.

Eloy was professional throughout the install. He explained the process thoroughly and maintained communication. He provided pictures of damaged areas prior to repair and explained the costs involved. The team was on time, did a beautiful job, and left our premises free from debris. The owner dropped by and introduced himself as well.
