Fruit Fixer: Express Device Repairs

I regret ever bringing my laptop to this store. From the beginning, they told me they could fix my laptop and that the repair would take a week. When I came back after a week, they told me to come back the next week. This cycle kept repeating, wasting my time and making me wait for no reason. After all that waiting, they finally told me they couldn’t even fix it. While they refunded me, they returned my laptop in worse condition than before. Now, I can feel parts moving inside near the battery, meaning they didn’t even put it back together properly. This was never an issue before, and it’s clear they were careless when reassembling it. A professional repair shop should be honest about what they can and can’t do instead of stringing customers along for weeks. And if they can’t fix a device, they should at least return it in the same condition—not in worse shape. This experience has shown me that this shop is unprofessional, careless, and not trustworthy. If you value your device, go somewhere else. This place is not worth the risk.

I went there today to ask for a price and he quoted me $580 when immediately the two other stores that I asked only wanted around 300. I think that’s a pretty big difference.

I had my iPhone at 2 other repair shops. They didn’t even try and fix it. These guys were great. Phone was fixed quickly and at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended!!!!
