Wonderful experience. Chance came out to assess the roof and walked around with me showing all his concerns. Did not feel like a sales pitch, he was very honest about the options, really seemed to care more than sell his product/ team. Their communication from that point onward was top notch. Jeff kept me in the loop about every detail and even asked about logistics like what entry way to keep open so that we could leave the house. Team showed up exactly when Jeff had said, and had the job done quickly and efficiently. Very little mess as they kept things clean and tidy. I just had a new roof and gutters installed by Freeman Exteriors and had a great experience! I would hire them again for any home improvement! I worked with Jim who was super friendly and had excellent communication. The team who installed my roof finished in a day and did a phenomenal job down to the clean up of my yard. The gutters were the same. Super efficient and professional. I highly recommended them!!
