After finishing the job he tried to add a $90 "service charge" to my bill and tried to charge me for 2 hrs of work, even though he was only here 45 minutes. After an argument about the charges he settled for $150, and marked the bill paid in full. He was very messing and did not clean up after his work. Make sure you get a WRITTEN quote before letting him begin work on your plumbing project.

My mother in law hired this company to find and repair a leak and remove water from my basement. The tech said he would try to unclog a drain to drain the water. He did none of the above. He sent my family member to Lowes to buy a sump pump, did not install it for them, and charged for 2 hours labor. He claimed there is no drain when in fact there is and it was cleaned earlier this year. Find another reputable plumber who will charge a service fee only if they can't fix your problem and not waste your time and theirs to do nothing for you.
