Disappointing Customer Service Experience I’ve been a loyal customer for over five years, regularly purchasing pellets from this company. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order two weeks ago and was told I’d receive a follow-up call with a delivery date, that call never came. Meanwhile, a friend who ordered the same week had his pellets delivered within days. When I called to ask for an update, the staff couldn’t provide a delivery date and said it might take another 7–10 days. That delay was unacceptable, so I requested a refund only to be told I’d be charged a $50 credit card fee, even though I never received the product. There was no apology or effort from management to resolve the issue. Sadly, this experience has made me reconsider doing business here again. I wouldn’t recommend this company
