Our furnace kept rebooting and we didn’t know why. Austin Savage came out and was amazing. Very friendly and professional. His knowledge was impressive and he explained everything in great detail. I am hoping I can request him if I have any issues in the future. Very fair price for the work he did. I highly recommend Four Winds and Austin.
My service tech was the best. He was very pleasant despite coming so early on a Sunday morning. Although very stressed on a cold winter morning, that i had no heat, he made the whole experience seem less stressful as he was very calming and reassuring that he would find the issue. I really appreciate his professionalism and his knowledge and he made the whole experience much easier by his demeanor!
My furnace stopped working on a very cold weekend one evening. I called Four Winds - the serviceman called back and with a pleasant and assuring tone, told me he was able to help me with getting my heat back on. Dalton fixed my furnace and told me about the VIP program. He was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company.
