I emailed and called an hour after the pilot no showed to see what was going on and found out flyguys booked me for May 9th, even though I requested May 8th and my contract said May 8th. I am left without footage of a very special project. Luke said they would "discount a future mission" but I doubt I will waste my time with flyguys again.
10/10 recommend! I reached out to this company for assistance with a personal project. While my needs were outside of their scope of work (which is just a mistake in my own research), William went above and beyond to help us connect with someone within the industry for the work we need. He even went as far as to call me back and email me to assist in connecting me with the right people. The pure genuine help on this shows they truly care and are committed to helping! Although it was a shorter interaction, I cannot thank them enough for their sensitivity to the nature of our situation, their professionalism, and just their help overall.
I have been contracted by FlyGuys several times for a variety of missions by multiple coordinators. Each time the staff is courteous and responsive. I feel valued for my time with the rates provided, and I highly recommend you take jobs when they are available. ... just not in my area!
