When my wife and I decided it was time to have our pool replastered and remodeled, our search for a quality pool contractor led us to Fred Guerra and Florida Plasterers and Pool Remodeling based in Delray Beach. Just as other reviewers have said, Fred is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with, and after a site visit, he explained our options and gave us his recommendations. Unlike many companies, Fred does not sub out any of the work, but has workers for each phase of the demolition and construction process. I was very happy about that. We chose to go with a PebbleTec plaster finish and replaced our old concrete paver deck with 12x24 textured marble pavers which are not slippery. The workers were all very professional and respectful. Gabriel was the field supervisor for our job and was easy to work with and responsive whenever we had questions or issues. A couple of issues popped up during construction that we discussed with Gabriel and Fred and were quickly resolved. The work turned out beautiful as you can see in the attached pics. Going with an experienced contractor is important when doing a pool renovation, and we knew right away we had that with Florida Plasterers & Pool Remodeling. We would definitely choose them if we were doing it all over and highly recommend their company.

After several quotes for pool remodeling, we chose Florida Plastering & Pool Remodeling. Julio, the owner personally came to our home to give us estimate. Our remodeling included pool and deck. Julio was very knowledgeable and thorough about explaining the whole renovation process, as compared to other pool contractors. During the pool renovation we worked with Gabriel (project manager). Gabriel was excellent to work with, very responsive and always professional. No question was too small to be overlooked. The project was completed in the time estimate given to us by Julio.
