Provided extremely detailed information regarding my well, the documents I had on the well, and the pump to be installed. Answered all of my questions, and provided a quote significantly lower than another competitor, with what I had already determined was a higher quality pump. Final bill was for the original amount quoted, showed up to do the work when they said they would, and called me when they were on the way. Nice.,
Tommy provided exceptional education and evaluated and tested any potential issues before we determined a pump replacement was needed. Tommy has amazing attentional to detail and customer service, I am very pleased with our replacement pump and the entire installation process.
