Flame Innovation

I have a mini me pellet stove I'm burning soft wood pellets It burns on a high burn for about 4 hours then the flames seems to lower and I have had a fire smoldering pellets in my hopper . Glass is all dirty I have an outside vent I have the correct stove pipe I have run the stove as I should with damper on high as recommended by company I've burned wood stoves my whole life and this is a puzzle I've reached out to company and not getting much good communication! Has anyone else had this same issue or any ideas on how to fix this

Bought the wood stove over a year ago and have been waiting to review until I got to use it. Finally got it hooked up and has been burning for a straight week keeping a 500sqft cabin warm in maine. Flame innovations was great to deal with, my stove had been damaged during shipping. The legs and the heat shield were crushed along with broken fire bricks. FedEx was of no help but flame innovations stepped up and covered me while FedEx played games. Would 100% recommend them if your in the market for a good mini wood. The caboose is getting about 8 hours of burn time with seasoned hard wood.

OMG!!! I cannot say enough good things about Dusty and his business!!! I contacted him Facebook messenger from an ad I saw, and he responded pretty much immediately and was so helpful and on top of what I wanted!!! Customer service was exceptional, his time in responding was amazing, and the product is amazing!!! I couldn’t be happier and either could my husband!!! I ordered it and two days later he called and said it was ready!!! I would refer this company to anyone that needs some great metal work Done!!! I needed a key holder because we had a small one and too many keys this is awesome!!! Thank you Dusty for your amazing work and customer service!!! Very impressed!!!
