Jeremy did a great job replacing the screen on my iPhone 10 - It’s so nice to be able to use the whole screen again! Best price I could find in the Ogden area, and my phone was done in less than an hour. Highly recommend this place for mobile phone repairs!
I had an amazing experience with Fix It Mobile! They repaired my stepdaughter’s iPad super quickly, and the customer service was top-notch. Even though the home button was broken, they managed to find a donor home button and didn’t charge me extra for it. Highly recommend their professional and friendly service!
Absolute scam. Charged me $170 for a charger replacement ($2 part) and proceeded to tell me that not only did he not put it in, but he also would not give me any kind of refund for the “repair.” I get labor fees and diagnostics, but to not do the work that was expected and continue to charge me for the service is unacceptable.
I received the best costumer service, I will be recommending this location to anyone that needs phone repairs!
