Their reviews were good so I set up an appointment and got a call back from Brandon within the hour. I was glad to hear that someone would be out later in the day. John M. showed up early, and seemed eager to get to work. He found the problem and had it fixed pretty quickly all while having to expertly answer all of my dumb questions. John was a true professional and I had a great experience with the Fix it Frankie team. I would definitely use them in the future and recommend them highly.
