The staff here were very helpful and generous. I received an online quote from their website quickly, and was able to get my device repaired in about 30 minutes. Both their quote and their timeframe were less than estimates I got elsewhere. They have a generous warranty policy, and were willing to redo the repair when I was having issues. When my device continued to have repeated issues (likely still due to the initial damage), they were able to refund me a portion of the cost of repair. I appreciate their integrity and good customer service; I would definitely return!

I will absolutely recommend this place to everyone in my life. Communication was quick, clear, and professional, and the work is pristine. This shop saved me so much aggravation with the work they were able to do on my Samsung A71, and same day too! It would have been only an extra day if something had to be ordered. I'm already getting a list of old game systems and other phones from my family to bring in to see what can be done to refresh them, or save data from them. A+ service! Will use again!
