Five Valleys was wonderful to work with. They were communicative, informative, and in regular contact with insurance. They made a stressful situation a lot less scary, and I couldn't recommend them more!

Price was about half of every other place I checked for residential carpet cleaning. Had 3 bedrooms, stairs, hallway, & family room serviced. I was able to get an appointment quickly & the company called me back within an hour after submitting my online request. Ben did a fantastic job & is a super nice guy. Very happy with the service. Plan on using Five Valley again the next time I need my carpet cleaned.

I had a major fire in my home in November 2023, following which I hired Five Valleys to handle the clean-up and reconstruction. They were pivotal in helping me obtain a fair settlement from the insurance company which I would have not been able to do by myself. Mark SanSouci was a strong, knowledgeable, and persistent advocate for me during that process. James Sherrill was the project manager; his communication and follow-up skills were excellent. Outstanding! Scheduling was easy and Great communication between the time we signed up for the appointment and when they came out.Ben called to let us know he was on his way about a half an hour before.
