I had a major fire in my home in November 2023, following which I hired Five Valleys to handle the clean-up and reconstruction. They were pivotal in helping me obtain a fair settlement from the insurance company which I would have not been able to do by myself. Mark SanSouci was a strong, knowledgeable, and persistent advocate for me during that process. James Sherrill was the project manager; his communication and follow-up skills were excellent. He dealt with contractors and vendors with skill and determination. He was also very helpful in making suggestions regarding the rebuild. Cami and her team did the clean up and inventorying of household items. This was a seriously meticulous task that I would have never been able to perform myself. Their excellent work in capturing and evaluating every item in the house allowed me to maximize the compensation for the household contents. Throughout the process, I met periodically with Mark and James to discuss any outstanding issues. They were also readily available in the event I needed to speak with them. Five Valleys did a formidable job in helping me to rebuild my home and I highly recommend them.
