Nick and Brook were absolutely amazing! Nick came to our house to give a quote. He showed us specific details of what to expect. He worked with us to give us the best price possible. In fact, for the same exact materials, his price was almost half of what Mad City quoted us. Brook did most of the install and kept us up to date every step of the way. We had a vent placement issue. From the moment Nate arrived to give an estimate to when Brook and Josiah left this was a very pleasant experience. Nate had some great suggestions and did not do the car salesman bit where they call their boss to “see if he can get me a better deal”. Installers were on time, extremely neat, and left with absolutely no clean up to do. I love my new shower, and relieved I do not have to climb out of the tub.

Nate and his team did a great job working in my complicated space. We had some hurdles a long the way and he could tell I wasn’t quite happy and he went above and beyond to get it right and I am very satisfied with the end result. My shower is absolutely gorgeous. Nate and Chris were wonderful to work with. They checked with me every step of the way to ensure I liked the result and I identified the location of grab bars and the shelving. I would definitely recommend these guys for any work.
