Had a great experience with First Choice for our AC/Furnace install. The pricing was very competitive and everyone we interacted with from the team was very helpful and efficient. Special shoutout to Jason, as well the install crew. Jason was extremely knowledgeable and helped guide us with our decision and helped us get everything installed ASAP! Due to a failing furnace and a bitter cold front, we wanted to move fast and they were able to make it all happen. Would highly recommend !
Worst experience I have ever had. Not only did the technician MISDIAGNOSE my furnace issue. He also had us pay an extra $1,000 for unecessary parts. When calling about this issue which arose again 2 days later, we spoke directly to the technician who completed this "repair" 2 days prior and he pretended to be someone else, not to take accountability. He even proceeded to lie about the verbal guarantee he made about this issue not happening again after the "repair". This company does NOT stand by their work and will charge you an arm and a leg for the same issue to arise 2 days later. Run for the hills. The high reviews for this company have t... Angel and Gio fixed an issue with our HVAC system a few weeks ago, right before the extreme cold snap here in NJ. First Choice sent them over the same day that I called and they arrived punctually. The initial problem diagnosis would have resulted in an even more expensive and lengthy repair, but Angel looked at it further and with Gio’s help ultimately fixed the issue speedily on the same day. When I requested to observe so I can learn more about the HVAC system, Angel enthusiastically explained the process to me - it is clear he enjoys his job. I would recommend Angel, Gio, and First Choice.
