RUN DON'T WALK away from this business!!!!!!!!!! Their customer service is awful... They don't return calls. And let's just say they are not even able to tell you how to light a pilot light on their fireplaces!!!! Go ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!
Fire logs and product looks great, and functions well, but they have very slow and poor customer services. Office staff doesn't know anything about anything, and lack a proactive approach to assist. All they do is defer everything to the owner, who is rarely available.
Knowledgeable staff, willing to answer questions. Their web site offers PDF product documentation -- nice.
