Disappointed with the service. The technician did not do any detail inspection of the problem. Just opened the lower section of the tread mill and said it is some issue with the console and gave an estimate for $800. I asked them to inspect the console before confirming. They said it would be labor intensive and only specialist can do it. If they are not the specialist they should not have visited for the service. I am charged $130 for this service call providing an estimate for $800. Not happy with the service.

A common problem arose in my dishwasher: drain pump did not work. Their technician came and diagnosed. Their estimate for part and labor was around $500.00. Almost the same amount as a brand new dishwasher. For me, repair turnaround time was important. I asked the technician about part delivery and repair time and he said we will have the part and finish the repair in 3 to 4 calendar days. Long story short, it took 12 days - not 3. I could have bought a new unit and dispose the current one in less than 5 days! They simply lied to me for marketing purposes. I called them over 6 times to follow up. Never got a clear answer. It would have taken even more than 12 days without my follow ups. Finally, the technician came at 11 PM. Yes, 11 PM! Despite he was a polite and nice person, he was not an advanced technician. He replaced the pump, and on his first test, there was an issue in the fittings he installed and water flew on the kitchen floor! He was stressed and was cleaning the floor... It took more than 2 hours for him to finally fix it - around 1 AM! However, after this much of trouble, the unit is not completely fixed and it makes weird noises.
Just be honest with your clients. Lying is not the best marketing strategy. Also when your technician is not capable of fixing certain units, TELL your clients the truth. It does not worth to stress up your technician, keep your clients waiting, and provide a terrible services to make a few hundred dollars...
We were thrilled with Igor’s Fine Engineering Solutions work. He achieved prompt and convenient scheduling and was timely and actively communicative. He was forthcoming in disclosing all issues and in disclosing projected and final cost. Igor is clearly very skilled in his work and electrical engineering background. And, of course, he successfully repaired and serviced our fifteen-plus year old Nordic Track commercial grade treadmill in one day. He is also a lovely, gentle man who is a pleasure to know and chat with. My wife and I highly recommend Igor and his services.
Wow! I’m was impressed from my 1st interaction with Igor! I set an appointment online, yet Igor called and asked if I was available in 20 minutes as he was in my area. I said YES! He installed 2 motherboards for my 2 Real Relax massage chairs, reset the rollers and reset chair to control the remotes. He was extremely patient and diligent and got both my chairs working again. (Real Relax Company DO NOT SEND technicians to your home, they only send you videos by email) the videos were conflicting but Igor was able to get the job done ! Kudos!
