Not one to write bad reviews (you can look at my history), but can’t get past the terrible experience and unprofessional business that this company conducts. Got several quotes, they came through with a good one, plus I liked the presentation and punctuality Dan gave. Worked out all the details, measurements, etc. Clearly showed him what we wanted and where everything was to go. Asked if anything was in the way and if so we could move it. Fence was installed and the fence did not come to the spot on the house that we agreed to (about 3 feet off). Came back out as I showed him on the survey and where my wife and I clearly showed where we wanted the fence. Said it was more fence and would cost more money $400 for one more section of the fence). Really….??? I reluctantly paid the additional money (even though we were very clear and even in the survey showed where we wanted the fence). The 2 gates were put in backwards on the wrong sides as well. He disagreed but it blatantly shows in the diagram. A couple months go by and I get a call/text from Dan asking if we paid the balance and that their accounting department shows we have an outstanding balance (everything was paid for months ago by the way). I had to show him proof. Wouldn’t you think to balance your books and check them before you reach out to the customer? Later, I also realize our water bill had gone up significantly because they laid concrete and one of the fence posts directly on one of our sprinkler heads causing the line to leak. They refused to do anything about it and said that I would have to pay $650 to have them move it. They’re the ones that caused the issue to begin with. Whole point of this, pay close attention to the sneaky tricks they try to pull with the measurements/survey, make sure they put in everything correctly, and if you need anything or have any issues after the fact, don’t bother calling them. Hope this helps the next guy.
