Farr Better Plumbing

Farr Better did the plumbing in our brand new restaurant 3 years ago and we have had nothing but problems. We spent the extra money and went with all copper because of the benefits and reliability. Problems started the week before we opened, when our dining room flooded. They didn't solder a joint in the wall and when they turned the water on it flooded our dining room... So we opened our brand new restaurant with a whole in the wall. Since then we have had 6 leaking solder joints in various places around the building costing a couple thousand dollars thus "farr" to repair. Two have been directly above 2x4 LED lights that had to be replaced. They only honor a one year warranty. Horrible experience and will never again choose Farr Better. Edit: Two days after writing this review we had another leak in our utility room.

Thursday 1/22/2026 when I got home from work I noticed a large puddle of water in my front yard. My 83 yr old Mom and I live together so I can take care of her and she told me she had been calling City Utilities to come out and see what’s going on. After several calls throughout the day from 10am they came at 6:30pm and turned the water off at the main and told us to call a plumber. The man said we were loosing 11gallons of water per minute!! I called and made an appointment with another company for Friday morning. After going to bed something woke me up and told me to look for another company then the one I chose originally. I can’t explain it but something drew me to Farr Better Plumbing so at 1:30am I called their emergency number and left a message. By 4:30am I received a call while on my way to work! By 7:30 am I talked to them again and was told a crew would be at my home soon! They came and dug up the front yard where the pooling water had been and found the problem and promptly fixed it!! Turns out our pipe came apart at the connector in one area. They did a fantastic job and were so kind as well! I truly feel God led me to this company and I’m so thankful he did!! If you need help, especially in an emergency do not hesitate to call these folks! We have water just in time for this big snow storm that is coming through starting today!
