Friendly staff, open and clean aisles, stocked

Absolutely appalled by the service here. First I got stolen from via a cashback transfer happening on the other side of the register. When I went back to the store the manager there was more annoyed that I was trying to get my cash back. They said they would call back the next day after checking the cameras. I ended up calling and was greeted by a very rude oerson who didn't want to give me her name. My husband then called and they said that the money was stolen from me via the camera and they will call me to come and collect it. To this day nothing has been done and apparently I am not the only one.

I have to say you guys did a fantastic job on the new remodeling and kudos to all the staff and management for working so hard and in a timely manner.... Guys the only down fall is the store has not been open and same with your competition hint hint!! One time I got what I needed form your location and was so happy!!!! Came back several times at a time and your store was closed!!!! Guys understand that I have enjoyed the store to get things that I had needed and not just spending $10.00 or $20.00 I have to say it is a lot more then your average!!!! But as a customer I can't be affording gas the way it has been lately!!!! I work in Kimball live in Pukwana but I was more the willing to drive that little Extra to get what I needed, but your store has been closed and I miss out on gas plus the items I needed.... So sad to say I will no longer shop in Chamberlain because the groceries nor Family Dollar/ Dollar tree have what I need or closed because they say there is no staff to man the store.... But I do wish your location the best and that the company can get back on there feet once again to be a run store.... I do understand wages are up and staff is very very short, even my location where I work is very very short handed!!! One person has to do the job of 3 to 4 people And companies are running there people down to the ground.... Remember this and this is with any store or any company say; Thank you for being there because I won't be able to get my item if you where not here!!!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME!!!! Because positive affirmations go along way!!!! Blessings!!!!
