Fall River Laundry Co

At 6:29 i was denied last wash at 630 even tho i called at 3pm and asked if they would close early(she said no). Got yelled at by a lady with a face full of piercings 👍

First time doing laundry here before work at 4 AM. Went to use bathroom after washing and drying clothes to change into work clothes and use the restroom at the same time and the worker consistently knocked on the door of the bathroom after I had told him the Bathroom is occupied he knocked not even 10 seconds later and persistently did not stop. I was in the bathroom for no more than about 15 minutes. I come out of the bathroom. He’s standing with a mop and proceeds to pretend to mop as I watch. The worst place ever, the staff are extremely rude and impolite, they yell, don't help, are always in a bad mood, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Prices are good, open 24 hours a day. Employees are friendly. No complaints but 1. Like everything else, place gets busy. But when I pay to do my laundry, dryers are at times full. There are other dryers, but ya gotta pay unreasonable cost for very limited minutes. Clothes sit in dryers, although done (and no clue if clothes are being done by laundry company or some schmuck) who left bullring and went shopping at Walmart? Who knows. And when employee asked if they can remove clothes, they decline and tell ya not to empty dryer (which I ignored) as it’s their job to do deal with laundry. Overall not bad.
