Glenn was knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant. My personal office space has much more room, now that the PC is gone (along with the monitor and keyboard) and all my files are on the laptop. I recommend him completly. Thank you Glenn
Glenn was able to determine that my old Chromebook was failing from a hardware issue and would likely need to be replaced in one phone call. He turned out to be right! He has a great personality and is willing to go out of his way for customers.
