I discovered my ceiling leaking this past Saturday morning around 7:30am. My friend recommended Fairfield County Plumbing Service And Repair, so I crossed my fingers and called, hoping someone would answer or call me back quickly. Sure enough, in about 5 minutes, a lady named Cathy responded. She walked me through what could be the problem and we were able to fix it over the phone. She was patient and kind enough to not charge me for this. I'm forever grateful as her talking me through what to do helped save me lots of money in damages to the ceiling. Thank you so much, Cathy!
