Called on a Saturday morning (between Christmas and New Years) and a service man was here by 2:00pm. The service man knew exactly what the problem was and how to repair it. In a very short time we had hot water again. We highly recommend Fairfax Plumbing NV for any plumbing problem. We will certainly will use them for all our plumbing needs. Very reasonably priced especially during the holiday season.
Purchased a new log set for our gas fireplace but had some concerns about possible damage to the gas line. We called Fairfax Plumbing NV to check it out. Scott and Leo responded quickly and, thankfully, found no issues with the line. Scott asked about the log set we bought and immediately recognized it. He explained the installation options, as well as the need for a permit and inspection afterward. They were extremely helpful, and we decided to have them handle the installation at a very reasonable price, which included the permit. They were easy and pleasant to work with, very responsive, and clearly knowledgeable. Highly recommend, and we would definitely use them again. Thanks, Scott and Leo!
Scott and his screw did an incredible job identifying a leak coming from our small bathroom and gave me a great price to not only solve the problem. I was very happy with the quality of the work and the options he gave me, see the pictures below for how much it transformed. The work included replacing some of the rotted floorboards, replacing the shower pan, adding a niche in the wall, mounting a medicine cabinet, replacing the toilet, sink, floor, and tiling. The work started promptly and Scott was always available for questions. Highly recommend.
