The first tech came out on April 18th and put a “Sorry I missed you” tag on my door. No knocking, no ring of doorbell at all. However he did have a wrong number somehow so he couldn’t contact me but I was definitely home I just thought he was a delivery guy sitting something on the porch. The next repair visit for my washer wasn’t until the 25th and I was told they had to order the part. Fast forward to May 27th….. still waiting!!! I’ve suggested the just replacing my washer because I hasn’t been a year yet and they kept brushing me off. Now they are giving me a date of June 3rd to come out and install the part. 😡 I’d rather pull my toenails off and eat them than to ever deal with this company after they install this part. This is insane and very bad business with a very, we don’t give a damn about you attitude!!!!! They really deserve 0 stars!!!!!!

This place is horrible, I have been trying to have my stove repaired since 9/19/2024, The only thing I needed was the fire turned down from the burners because the flame was too high. The guy returned 10/2/2024 only to learn that he had the wrong burners. He turned down the flame, I attempted to cook on top of the stove and only one of the isle worked and the flames were even higher. I called the office spoke with JESSICA and BRANDI informed them I wanted to speak with a manager, it's been over 2 weeks and no one has contacted me yet. JESSICA who was very rude telling me a manager couldn't tell me no more than what she could tell me. (REALLY), If someone ask for manager you GIVE them one. They need to change the name of this company because there is nothing Platinum about it and it doesn't appear that thy SPECIALIST in anything. Worse CUSTOMER SERVICE and SERVUCE EVER!!! For all of you who gave them a good ratings I wish I had the same experience.
