This review is very, very long overdue. Had an issue with a new dishwasher with extreme noise. Owner literally laughed in my face when I complained about it. He was so rude and condescending. And to be honest, scary. I escorted him out. Found an another repair shop. Turns out there was something indeed wrong with the DW (a glass item broke and got into the filter so totally our fault). New home many years late and we find ourselves needing appliances again, the sales rep at the retailer mentioned Factory Service as one of their vendors. It brought up bad memories. I called this company to repair my Maytag washing machine. The technician came out, completed the diagnostic, and determined a part needed to be ordered. Before leaving, he scheduled the follow-up appointment on site. On the day of that appointment, I took the entire day off work, only to receive a phone call saying the technician would not be coming because the part never arrived. When the part finally did come in, I received a confirmation text with a service window of noon to 4:00 pm. This place is horrible, I have been trying to have my stove repaired since 9/19/2024, The only thing I needed was the fire turned down from the burners because the flame was too high. The guy returned 10/2/2024 only to learn that he had the wrong burners. He turned down the flame, I attempted to cook on top of the stove and only one of the isle worked and the flames were even higher. I called the office spoke with JESSICA and BRANDI informed them I wanted to speak with a manager, it's been over 2 weeks and no one has contacted me yet. The first tech came out on April 18th and put a “Sorry I missed you” tag on my door. No knocking, no ring of doorbell at all. However he did have a wrong number somehow so he couldn’t contact me but I was definitely home I just thought he was a delivery guy sitting something on the porch. The next repair visit for my washer wasn’t until the 25th and I was told they had to order the part. Fast forward to May 27th….. still waiting!!! I’ve suggested the just replacing my washer because I hasn’t been a year yet and they kept brushing me off. Now they are giving me a date of June 3rd to come out and install the part. 😡 I’d rather pull my toenails...
