I went through Factory Direct for my kitchen remodel this summer. Amazing new floor I must say! The product and people were superb all around, but one individual in particular went above and beyond. From helping my wife and I pick the perfect tile for our new kitchen to delivering everything directly to our project, Dallas Lake thank you so much! I tried to help this guy unload our delivery, but he was so quick I barely had my shoes on by the time everything was piled up nicely outside the kitchen door! Outstanding employee and customer service! Dallas, you’re killing it! Overall Factory Direct Flooring was wonderful to my wife and I. I would highly recommend.
