I went through Factory Direct for my kitchen remodel this summer. Amazing new floor I must say! The product and people were superb all around, but one individual in particular went above and beyond. From helping my wife and I pick the perfect tile for our new kitchen to delivering everything directly to our project, Dallas Lake thank you so much!
