Victor was very kind, professional, knowledgeable about service and product. Was very aware about time. I haven’t seen this eagerness to help someone in a long time. Victor is definitely a person that Adds excellent quality to your Company!
I ordered a kitchen island with quartz countertops. End result was great and as expected. However, the service was not the best experience. While the initial person I spoke with provided good service, the person at the showroom was not as present as he should've been.
For my first appointment with Chris Jones in the showroom, he was 30 minutes late. He didn't excuse himself nor did he apologize for his tardiness. This should've a red flag for me.
The person over the phone mailed me pulls and knobs based on pics I texted him. When I received them in the mail, they were not a match to the existing pulls & knobs. I decided to stop by the showroom and see what they had available. Chris was there, I explained I wanted to return the hardware I received and paid for.
I picked new pulls, which Chris said he'd order for me. He offered to take the hardware off my hands for the return.
After the island was installed, I called, texted and emailed Chris for status on new hardware and see if there was a price difference. He didn't order them. He then said he would and sent ne an invoice for the order and price difference.
He called me at random indicating he could not locate the initial hardware I returned. He misplaced it. He still didn't place the order on my new selection. After several calls, emails and texts, i decided to purchase the hardware from Home Depot instead. I was lucky to find matching hatdware at Home Depot. I didn't receive any responses to my calls, emails or texts from Chris, nor a refund for the initial hardware he misplaced.
It could've been a 5 star rating. The lack of attention and customer service by Chris was less than desirable.
