American Home Shield send these guys to fix my washer They’ve done a terrible job washer never got fixed. Start giving excuses. Ask for videos ended up with the worst Washer than he started very unhappy. I don’t recommend anyone to use them. Far away from being professionals. You will never be satisfied

I cannot say enough about Joe Martinez and the exceptional service he provided me today. He was referred by my home warranty company. When he arrived two weeks agowith his son, he was kind and informative and thorough and discovered that I needed a new part for my dishwasher. Apparently, the part was very difficult to find, but he managed to find a replacement part and was able to install the replacement part within about 15 minutes today. And he got the dishwasher repaired before Thanksgiving as promised! Joe and his son are incredibly professional and I am proud to give them an outstanding rating. SCAMMERS! I’m so furious. I can’t believe after reading all these negative reviews, that American home shield still does business with these clowns. How dare they put that my appliance was caused by physical damage thus denying my claim. It was clearly caused by wear and tear! I think they just didn’t wanna do the job. I have the technician on camera contradicting himself stating that it was normal wear and tear. Then we see the report and it says under contractor notes that it was physical damage. A's appliance techs did a good job! Wesley and Shawn fixed my oven in a few minutes. If you need a service for your appliance, I definitely recommend A's.

A's Appliance Repair was sent to my home by my home warranty(also a bunch of crooks). They came out FIVE times over the course of 2 months and did not fix the problem! Every service call took a week to schedule. Every part ordered took another week to arrive. Every service update took a week to send to the warranty company. Oh, and their arrival time was a 5 hour window every time! After 2 long months with no freezer or fridge, my freezer still would not stay cold enough to keep food frozen. With A’s Appliance we had very bad experience. Technician comes after 4 days and cannot diagnoise issue and refers to expert and they schedule expert appointment after 9 days just for determining the problem where other company was able to detect problem in minutes. Avoid them and save yourself
