EverLevel Concrete Repair

10/2/25 EDIT They came out this morning and corrected the areas I had issues with and I am now satisfied with the work done. Should be named "NeverLevel" instead. First job they did for me, a sidewalk was to have been leveled, which it wasn’t so I called and sent pictures. They were to come back and fix that sidewalk issue as well as to do my whole driveway (3 car garage). Neither the sidewalk nor the driveway was level when they were done, and upon a rep coming out to look at it, I was told that the bid I accepted was not to make it level, just "stabilize". Definitely not what I was led to believe I was getting. Especially after the first small job (sidewalk) was not level and was reassured they would remedy that, so I went ahead and arranged the whole driveway job. Quoted one price for just caulking the cracks, another higher price for “Diamond Package” which states in the Notes “Relift sunken walkway slab.” Why would I not believe that leveling was not going to be done?

Sam and Diego did an amazing job from beginning to end. I thoroughly appreciated the call from Sam the night before to let me know the time they’d be arriving, along with a call when they were on the way at the expected time. Sam explained exactly what they would be doing and was friendly and professional. He walked me through the finished project and gave me an explanation of all of the warranty information should I need it. He and Diego were diligent and efficient and I am extremely pleased with the end result, especially in some tricky areas like our pool deck. Amazing work, I will absolutely refer them to anyone needing similar work.
