We have had Everdry for decades. They are extremely thorough and professional when they do the three yearly maintenance operations. Any time there has been a concern, the team has responded quickly. We are more than satisfied with Everdry!
Huge shout out to Jerry! He was extremely kind, knowledgable, and relatable. He was able to explain concepts in simpler terms so I was able to comprehend exactly what was happening with my home. He never made me feel stupid for not knowing things, nor did I ever feel pressured into doing something. When I mentioned speaking over things with my dad, Jerry was very supportive and offered to meet again or discuss things over the phone. Such a wonderful experience!
Everdry Waterproofing was very efficient and provided me with an excellent inspection. I highly recommend if you have any waterproofing needs to contact Everdry. I was added quickly to their schedule for my basement to be waterproofed and free of water.
I spoke with Ron at the Novi Home Show and he was very knowledgeable. He quickly understood my basement issues and was able to schedule a waterproofing quote for me. After a ton of research and quotes, we have Everdry putting in an interior and exterior french drain shortly. We feel confident in the company's ability to mitigate the water issues in our basement and they have been wonderful to work with so far.

The salesman was passionate about describing the work, ensuring me that despite the cost, it was well worth the peace of mind knowing that I no longer have to worry about any issues if water gets into my house through the walls or foundation. The sump pump in my basement works perfectly. Their customer support representatives are also topnotch; even if you don't get a hold of someone right away, they call you back within 24 hours :)
