Shopped and chose Erickson, but honestly you would not need to shop if you just choose Erickson. They’re pros and have tons of experience. We had Debra as a rep and she was awesome. Start to finish she made sure our project needs were covered. The crew was great, the team leads were great. Excellent communication, excellent attention to detail. Really wanted to make sure that we were satisfied with the project and it really showed. They covered our things that we missed to cover and that was awesome and greatly appreciated. They even salted my driveway. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We are waiting for the spring drainage to happen to see our interior drain in action!!

We have a house that was built in 1920. It was renovated top-to-bottom right before we moved in - minus the basement, of course. Not much was done there, and it's still just a dirt and fieldstone situation down there. Soon after moving in, we realized it was going to need some additional foundational support, especially with all the renovations that had been done. Once we started working with Erickson, we realized we had a long road ahead, especially for a failing basement wall we had near the front of the house (that one required us to move the water line and gas meter as well before the new auxiliary wall could be poured). We also learned that our basement was incredibly humid, and that the existing sump pump just plain didn't work. From the initial visit with Deb, to the installation of supplemental beams, smart jacks, dehumidifier and sump pump (by Cristian, Cory, and JB), to the aux wall prep and pour and additional beam and jacks (by Jesse and Nick's teams), it was a VERY smooth process all the way through! Every team that came out was friendly and knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. Our install manager, Nate, was incredibly kind and was an amazing guide throughout the journey. Both he and Deb checked in on us multiple times along the way (the process lasted about 6 months, due to permits and some prerequisite work needed by a plumber and National Grid). They answered many of our questions and put our minds at ease. Highly recommend these guys!!

Occasionally we got water in our basement during heavy rain. For peace of mind, we decided to hire Erickson Foundation Solutions to install put a sump pump and humidifier to waterproof the basement. Safi came to our house and designed a system to solve our problem. Safi was low key, honest, caring, understanding and knowledgeable. After meeting with Safi, there was no question who to hire. I was sold on Erickson. We got a fantastic Installation Crew. Vince, Briggs and Shai was the dream team. They were professional, competent, friendly, knowledgeable and left our condo immaculate.
