I strongly recommend Engelland Construction. This is a team that is organized and focused on delivering high quality work. We had a small project that turned into a larger project based on findings of water damage that was not seen on initial inspection. This did not deter nor slow them down. We worked with the team to determine a solution on how to correct the issue while moving forward with the renovation project in our new home. Engelland Construction worked with us to find temporary lodging to assist in the project. The professionalism, knowledge, competence was on full display during every aspect of the renovation, but what made the difference for us is that it felt like family was right there with us. We will use Engelland Construction again and advise anyone needing light to major renovations and construction projects to follow our lead and utilize their services.

When I decided it was time to remodel my house I started asking around for recommendations. Matt Engelland’s name kept coming up. It was going to be a fairly large job, so word of mouth was very important to me. Fast forward a few months and my remodeling is 100% complete, it turned out beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier! From Cassie in the office to Taylor on site, the communication and professionalism was excellent. The project needed several different trades and they used all local businesses which I thought was awesome! Every part of the job was performed to the highest quality, and it was all done in a timely matter. Thank you!!

We used them 2 years ago and are still finding problems. Think long and hard about their low bids. They don't like to drive very far to get to a job and will let you know every day. The people they contract with are not all worth their prices. The plumber has caused us quite a few problems and never returned our calls. When Engelland did come out before our year was up, they found some way to blame their mistakes on us. They solved one leak by leaving a 5 gallon bucket sitting on the sheetrock in the attic! We found that when we found another leak recently. Right now we have frozen pipes because the plumber put water pipes into an open to the attic box around a flue pipe. No wonder my laundry room is ice cold! Thanks a lot, folks. Run from them!
