Hannah is awesome and definitely went above and beyond!!! We were able to get 2 new hvac systems, a new water heater, insulation, and a bathroom fan at no cost all under the Ameren Energy Efficiency Program for my elderly grandmothers home. There can be a lot of moving parts to this program, so It takes awhile for Ameren to get the ball rolling but energy stars staff are the best team to have on your side doing this kind of project, and is definitely worth the wait. Keep up the top notch work and thankyou for all you do!

They were very accommodating. Even were able to come earlier than expected. I appreciate that they offer several ways to be able to take care of my financial needs. The technician was respectful and had 17 years of heating and cooling experience. I am on a maintenance plan that is very affordable for me since we are on fixed income. For a small monthly fee my service call today was included. So I paid nothing for today's call. Thank you Energy Stars.
