TERRIBLE customer service!!!! We called to get an ESTIMATE on our barn door. No call was made with an estimate, they just went and ordered a $300-400 part without our approval. When I called to actually get the estimate, the woman on the phone was very rude!! Once I told her to cancel the order, she hung up on me!!!
The day the guy was supposed to be at my house for an estimate by 9am called 20 minutes before to reschedule. Not a good impression.
