Elite Restoration Inc - Sun Valley

Our family was awakened with a raging fire at 2:00 am on June 23, 2025. We lost most of our house and all of our garage. (Thanks so much to local fire departments!) The next morning both Elite Restoration and First Response teams showed up. Thanks to Jaryn, Madi and Tim to get us into a demolition and rebuild mindset early in the process. So, First Response took lead on recovering and documenting contents. Also secured a long-term rental nearby for family to live. Elite Restoration teams started on demolition, and we were on our way to rebuilding our home of 30 years! Special thanks to Jaryn McKnight for heading up this rebuild, working with Insurance company and all sub-contractors. Throughout this rebuild Beau Owens took the lead for construction and he was focused and great to work with! I swear these teams helped me so much to get over the tragedy and look at the future rebuild. Elite also offered an office so I could continue to work through this rebuild. Their crews were positive and friendly to work with. Final thanks to Beau, Melvin, Antonio, Brian, Neveah, Junior, Caleb, Laurent, Clayton, Marta and Teresa! I contacted Elite Restoration to have a radon mitigation system installed and they were able to perform the work quickly and effectively. They are also working on restoring a storage shed that had some water damage, and so far that is looking great. Melvin, Clayton, and Jaryn have been great to work with. They are always professional and Jaryn provides very detailed proposals for the work they are performing. I highly recommend them and have been super happy with all they’ve been able to help us with!

I called Elite Restoration to fix a leak I had involving the gutter and flashing on my front porch walkway overhang. They accessed the situation, explained in detail the issue. They were quick to get me on their schedule and prompt to get the job done. The person I dealt with, Brian, was very educated in his explanation of work to be done and very courteous in his interaction with me. I highly recommend this company for home repairs. The price was affordable and the work was completed in an efficient manner and amount of time.

I do not have enough good things to say about the entire team at Elite. We met them after a devastating house fire, and they have just continued to show their true colors with amazing support, quality work, and professionalism. Brian, Jaryn, Beau, Naveah, Laurent, Theresa, and everyone on their crew are amazing, friendly and generous. Our home rebuild is almost complete, but we will continue to work with them for any home projects we have.
