Ivan and his team did an absolutely spectacular job on our project of renovating two bathrooms- and for an OCD person who looks at every detail, that kind of review doesn’t come along often from me. The tile work is impeccable with perfect leveling and grout lines. The extensive plumbing work going from old galvanized pipe to pvc and pex is all pitched perfectly and extra care was given to make sure lines wouldn’t be in the way underneath in our garage. I especially appreciate the trust I was able to place in this team to work on my home when I was not present, allowing me to focus on other things. Ivan took all the worry off of me so I did not have to micromanage the project. These bathrooms came out just as I envisioned (or better) and ON SCHEDULE! I would hire this team again in a heartbeat. In the year before I started this project, I went through over 30 contractors (yes 30…) that either wouldn’t return calls, not show up to appointments, or just ghost me, but I finally found an absolutely amazing contractor in Elite Floors. While not the cheapest, nor the most expensive option I looked into, the results were well worth the investment to transform bathrooms that were over 50 years old into a modern designer look with functionality that should last another 50.
