In October of 2025, we had a flood in the kitchen of our St. George rental unit. Our local property manage refer us to Chris for water clean up and restoration services. We are very glad Chris came to our rescue. He and his team were very responsive to the immediate work of water clean up but he also was more than happy to work with our insurance company regarding what exactly need to be done to get our property back into a livable condition. We were so happy with the work Chris did with our kitchen flood that we hired him to do some needed work to the exterior and interior of our rental property. Chris provided a very reasonable and comprehensive bid for the additional work, which was completed in a timely fashion. I have worked with Chris for 10+ years with clients and twice with my personal home. A couple years ago my ceilings fell in due to a leak in my AC, Elements came in quickly and took care of everything!! He even matched the paint "patch" and texture flawlessly!
